Hello! We are delighted to have you at Zerowonstore. We know you’re eager to receive your new items, so we’ve created this guide to explain our logistics process and delivery expectations.

1. Preparation & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team begins processing it immediately. Typically, it takes about 3 business days to conduct quality checks, pack your items, and coordinate with our shipping partners.
*Note: Orders submitted over the weekend will be dispatched starting the following Monday.

2. Transit Times & Fees

We provide a streamlined shipping experience with a flat-rate fee of $5.99 USD for all global orders. Most packages reach their destination within 10 to 20 business days after being shipped.

3. External Delays

On occasion, factors beyond our influence—such as customs clearance protocols or carrier logistics issues—may result in minor delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you safely.

4. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking ID. You can monitor its progress at any time via:

5. Multiple Deliveries

To ensure you receive your goods as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be split into different parcels based on warehouse availability. You will receive unique tracking numbers for every package dispatched.

6. Order Modifications

CRITICAL: If you need to update your delivery address, phone number, or item details (size/color), you must notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please contact support@zerowonstore.com with your Order Number (e.g., 295SHOP-XXXX) and the specific changes required. Once a parcel has entered the processing stage, we can no longer guarantee modifications.

7. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notice. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly using your tracking number. Zerowonstore is not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package.

8. Delayed Shipments

  • Step 1: Check your tracking. If there has been movement within the last 7 days, your package is moving normally.
  • Step 2: If there has been no update for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact us at support@zerowonstore.com with your order details for assistance.

9. Lost or Stolen Items

Lost in Transit: If our investigation with the carrier confirms your parcel is lost before reaching you, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Delivered Items: We are not liable for packages that go missing after the tracking status shows "Delivered." We suggest checking with neighbors or building management if you cannot locate a delivered parcel.

10. Global Operations

We ship worldwide! While we have facilities in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe, we also partner with specialized manufacturers globally to offer you the best selection and value. Your order may ship directly from these international facilities.

11. Final Terms

  • Estimates: Shipping timeframes are projections, not guarantees.
  • Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
